Grant of EULA License: You (“User”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software program Shredder (“Software”) on the computer registered at the time of sign-up.
- License Scope and Hardware Lock
- The license is valid only on the registered computer provided at sign-up.
- The Software may not be transferred, copied, or activated on another computer.
- VIP users may request one permitted hardware change to transfer the license to a different computer.
- Any attempt to bypass, share, or transfer the license beyond these limits is strictly prohibited.
- User Responsibility and Training
- Users must watch the provided tutorial videos before using the Software to ensure they understand its setup, capabilities, and limitations.
- The Software is designed for specific use cases as described in the documentation and tutorials.
- The Author is not responsible for incorrect assumptions, misuse, or outcomes arising from failure to follow instructions.
- Restrictions You may not:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Software without permission.
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform terms.
- No Warranty The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. The Author makes no representations or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Software.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Results from using the Software.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Author shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising out of or related to use of the Software.
- In any case, the Author’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Software license.
- Indemnification The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Author from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- The User’s misuse of the Software.
- Violations of data protection laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party platform terms.
Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by generally applicable contract law, without reference to any specific jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Author regarding the Software.
